These terms apply to your use of astroanktara.com ("AstroAnktara", "the site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

AstroAnktara offers numerology and Vedic astrology calculators, psychology tests, a tarot reading with an optional AI reader, reports and articles for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the calculators, tests and tarot reading as often as you like, and you may download, print and share the reports you generate.

Please don't:

• copy, republish or sell our articles, interpretations or design without permission
• scrape the site in bulk or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it
• attempt to disrupt, hack or misuse the site or its advertising
• use the site for anything unlawful

Paid reports

Most of AstroAnktara is free. Some personalised reports, such as the Complete Kundli Report, are paid. The price is shown in Indian rupees before you pay, and payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A Kundli report is calculated from the details you enter, is emailed to you as a PDF within 2 days of payment (it is not shown on the website), and is for your personal use. Refunds and cancellations follow our refund policy, and delivery is described in our delivery policy.

Please enter your birth details carefully: the report is only as accurate as the date, time and place you give. If you made a mistake, contact us and we will regenerate the report.

Psychology test reports

Taking a psychology test and seeing its short result is free. The full report is optional, and its price is shown before you pay: ₹100, or US$2 outside India. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You must be 18 or older to buy a full report. Your full report is shown on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, at a private link that we also email to you, and it is for your personal use. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Accounts

You don't need an account for anything free on the site. You can make one to use the AI tarot reader's free questions or a tarot pass, and to keep your AI readings. Accounts are for people aged 18 or older: you confirm this when you make one. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address (or with Google, where offered), so keep access to that email address to yourself. One account per person, please. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the site.

The AI tarot reader and tarot passes

After a free tarot reading you can ask our AI reader for a personal reading of your question and the six cards you drew. A limited number of AI readings are free: a small number each day on each device without an account, and a few free questions when you make an account. The current allowances are shown on the site.

A tarot pass gives you more AI readings:

• Its price, its length (for example 30 days) and how many questions a day it gives are shown before you pay. The price shown is the full price. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You must be signed in, and so 18 or older, to buy one.
• The pass starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you already have a pass running, the new days are added after it ends.
• Each day's questions are for that day only (days follow UTC, so they start at 5:30 am in India): questions you don't use don't carry over to another day.
• A pass is for your personal use and can't be transferred.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

AI readings are generated by an artificial intelligence from your question, the cards you drew and our own card meanings. They are for reflection and entertainment, not advice or predictions, and they can be wrong or miss the point. The AI reader does not give readings on questions about self-harm (we show where to find help instead), and it may decline questions that tarot can't speak to.

Fair use. Please ask your own questions in your own words. Don't use the AI reader to get around its limits (for example with many accounts or automated requests), to make it produce anything harmful or unrelated to tarot, or to copy its readings in bulk. We may refuse, limit or stop AI readings that break these rules.

Availability. The AI reader depends on an outside AI provider. We may switch it off temporarily, for example for maintenance, because of a problem with the provider, or when a day's limits are reached (it then says it is resting until tomorrow). The free tarot reading keeps working when it is off. If a fault on our side stops you using a pass you paid for, write to us and we will put it right under our refund policy.

Entertainment and self-reflection only

Numerology is a symbolic tradition, not a science. Everything on AstroAnktara, including calculator results, test results, tarot readings, interpretations and articles, is provided for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice, and it does not predict the future. This includes the readings written by our AI reader. You are responsible for any decisions you make.

Our psychology tests are informal self-report questionnaires and puzzles for practice and self-reflection. They are not clinical, diagnostic or standardised IQ assessments, and they do not give an IQ score. A tarot reading is a random draw of cards, offered as a prompt for reflection. Please read our full disclaimer.

Accuracy

We work hard to make our calculations correct and our explanations clear, and our calculation engine is tested. However, numerology methods vary between traditions, and mistakes can happen. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Intellectual property

The AstroAnktara name, logo, design, software and written content are owned by AstroAnktara or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Space imagery used on the site is credited to its sources (such as NASA, ESA and STScI) and used under their terms. The tarot card designs and the IQ test puzzles are our own; the personality test statements come from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool.

Short quotations with a link back to the original page are welcome.

Advertising and third-party links

The site may display advertising from third parties such as Google AdSense, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of advertisers or linked sites. Interactions with them are between you and the third party.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroAnktara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on content or results from the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
